Free Shipping & Easy Returns
- Standard shipping is free to the United States and Canada.
- 101-day money-back returns. Customer pays return shipping. Piece must be in original condition and tag must be attached.

- One free ring resizing in the first 101 days. Last minute gift rings can only be resized within the available size range shown.
- One-year warranty on jewelry workmanship.
- Fine quality hand-selected natural gems, guaranteed.
Transparent Pricing
- Prices change with metal and gem price fluctuations.
- Customers may request a free two-week price reserve (see link on each product page.)
- All sales prices are final.
Concierge Service to Countries Other than the U.S.
- Gemvara ships direct to Canada and U.S. military addresses.
- Orders for other destinations are through International Checkout, a third-party service.
- On orders outside the United States, including Canada, customers are responsible for duty and taxes.
