A passionate designer, master goldsmith, gemologist, and entrepreneur, David has been involved in nearly every aspect of design during his long career. After training at Rhode Island School of Design and Rochester Institute of Technology's School for the American Crafts, he launched his career as a jewelry designer. In 1985, David won the prestigious De Beers Diamonds Today Award. One of the first designers to use computer-aided design, David continues to innovate today.
