At Gemvara, we are dedicated to providing service that is as personalized as our beautiful made-to-order jewelry. 30-Day No-Risk Return Policy

Even though each Gemvara piece is made to order, we offer a no-hassle money-back 30-day return policy. If you don't love it, you can send it back for a full refund: it's that simple. We want to make sure you are delighted with your design. We do everything we can to make sure every piece of jewelry we create is perfect before we ship it to you. If you've received an item that isn't, don't worry, we'll fix it or replace it and foot the bill to ship it back, too. Simply give Gemvara Customer Care a call at 800-436-8803 and we'll walk you through exactly what to do. All workmanship is guaranteed for one year.

Shipping Information

Since each of our designs are made to order just for you, your jewelry piece will arrive in two to three weeks. We'll keep you posted on the progress of your piece by email, so be sure to include your address when ordering. If you have any questions about your order, don't hesitate to contact us: we'll talk about jewelry all day. Really! Once your made-to-order piece is complete, it will be shipped overnight via FedEx in one of our lovely boxes, even if it's not a gift. Because it's insured, a signature will be required for delivery. APO and FPO addresses are shipped via the United States Postal Service Priority Mail. Sales tax will be added to all orders delivered in Massachusetts.

We also ship to Canada via FedEx. Canadian customers are responsible for duty, customs fees, and VAT. For other countries, please email Gemvara customer care for more information. International orders will include an additional shipping charge and the customer is responsible for any customs fees, tax, or duty.
