101-Day Return Policy
We offer an exceptional 101-day money-back return policy on your custom-made Gemvara piece. Just send your jewelry back in its original unworn condition for a full refund - it's that simple. All you pay is the return shipping. Each returned piece must have its original tag attached, so leave the tag on until you are sure you love it. See our Return Page for easy instructions on how to pack and ship your return. We do everything we can to make sure every piece of jewelry we create is perfect before we ship it to you. If you've received an item that fails to meet your standards for any reason, don't worry, we'll fix it or replace it. Since each of our designs are made to order just for you, your jewelry piece will arrive in two to three weeks. We'll keep you posted on the progress of your piece by email, so be sure to include your email address when ordering. If you have any questions about your order, don't hesitate to contact us: we'll talk about jewelry all day. Really! Once your made-to-order piece is complete, it will be shipped in one of our lovely boxes, even if it's not a gift. If your piece is more than $1,500, youll need to sign for the delivery. Sales tax will be added to all orders delivered in Massachusetts.
Gemvara ships direct to Canada and U.S. military addresses. Orders for other destinations are through International Checkout, a third-party service. On orders outside the United States, including Canada, customers are responsible for duty and taxes.
Canadian orders are shipped free. By Canadian law, Gemvara is required to collect the applicable Canadian federal and provincial Goods & Services Taxes on orders sent to Canada. If the customer decides to return the jewelry purchased, the Canadian authorities, at their sole discretion, may remit back to Gemvara all, or a portion of, the taxes collected. Gemvara will refund to the customer 100% of all refunded taxes. Due to the fact that the Canadian authorities control the timing of any refund, the customer will receive two separate credits: one occurring at the time the returned merchandise is received by Gemvara and the second when Gemvara receives a refund of taxes from the Canadian authorities.
