I just received my ring.....IT IS FANTASTIC!!!! I am so pleased with the way it turned out! The tanzanites are mesmerizing and the ring itself is spectacular. I was nervous about ordering a ring online without seeing it on my hand first but, I knew you had a return policy if needed. I am happy to say that I won't need to use this policy ! Beyond the beautiful ring, I really want to commend you and Veronica and any other behind the scenes people that I didn't speak with. Your dedication to customer service is truly stellar! You went beyond the extra mile to make sure I got my gorgeous wedding band in time even though it was very short notice. I really appreciate that level of service. Between the ring, the service, the value, the handwritten note and even the packaging, I know I couldn't have gotten this wonderful experience anywhere else! Thank you so much!

The ring arrived yesterday B) I was able to track it on my computer at work, so I knew where it was the entire time, which made it fun and fed my excitement.
I picked up my package and carefully opened it, as if I was performing a religious ritual. When I opened the box, I gasped B) the design and stones are breathtaking! It exceeded my expectations and looks wonderful.- Happy Customer (Alexandria, VA)

I received my jewelry this morning and I LOVE IT!!! Thanks so much for getting it to me in time for the wedding I'm attending in early June. The custom design is exactly what I wanted. Seven years ago I lost my only child in a terrible fatal accident. For several of those years I have worked with Compassionate Friends, an organization for bereaved parents. The symbol for the organization is a butterfly. Therefore, I chose a gold butterfly with my birthstone (amethyst) and my son's (garnet). I will wear the piece always - I plan on never taking it off - just knowing it's there brings a measure of peace to my heart. Thanks.

In an e-mail today she told me that every time she looks at her ring her mouth hurts from smiling so big. She is absolutely thrilled. I had sent her the pictures of the rings from when I ordered them, and she probably looked at them 20 times a day, held her hand up next to them, and tried to imagine how they would look on her finger. But, when she actually saw them, she said that they were much more beautiful than she'd even imagined. The earrings and necklace were total surprises for her, and she loved them as well. All in all, I'd say she is a happy camper.
